Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR leader to manage the full employee lifecycle in a manufacturing setting in Ohio. You will source, interview, hire, onboard, and partner with staffing agencies for workforce planning while leading employee relations and ensuring compliance.

You will oversee compensation/benefits, drive talent development, and collaborate with EHS to support safety and wellness initiatives. Strong CBAs and HRIS proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• SHRM certification and progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting and CBAs.
• Strong track record presenting reports to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, and workers' comp laws.
• Oversee compensation and benefits; support open enrollment.
