Job summary

Kreate in Findlay, Ohio, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives and workplace safety programs at our Industrial Drive manufacturing facility. The role partners with plant leadership to strengthen culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop our people in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of managing recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, HRIS administration, and employee engagement while upholding safety

Qualifications

• As HR leader, you will guide people initiatives and safety programs across a manufacturing site.
• You must possess strong knowledge of employment law and OSHA requirements.
• You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records.
• Administer benefits enrollment, payroll support, and attendance tracking.
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance at the Findlay facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive culture, engagement, and performance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate management reports.
