Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing/operations.
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience with multi-site teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
