Job summary

Overhead Door is seeking a Director of ASD Manufacturing Human Resources, the senior HR leader for the Access Systems Division's manufacturing network. The role oversees HR programs, labor alignment, employee relations, leadership development, and workforce planning across multiple ASD plant locations.

The position is based at the ASD Mount Hope, OH manufacturing plant with full relocation available and frequent travel to USA sites. Strong collaboration with operations and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with senior operations leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Experience with change management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Ability to travel regularly to USA manufacturing sites.
