American Power Innovations (API) is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR administration, or a related role.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is not required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR leadership and other departments.
• Professional, approachable, and employee-focused attitude.

• Assist with posting job openings on recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ADP, etc.).
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Help prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks and drug screenings.
