Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Marion, OH, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support employees, coordinate HR operations, and drive people initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, training, leave administration, and employee relations while maintaining confidential records and partnering with the HR Manager on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment activities: postings, screening, interviews, pre-employment.
• Manage onboarding and new hire orientation, with complete documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and confidential files.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and open enrollment communications.
• Assist payroll by reviewing changes, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Serve as resource on HR policies for employees and supervisors.
• Coordinate leave, including FMLA docs, WC, and other leave processes.
• Assist with employee relations, attendance, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate training and certifications.
• Support labor relations tasks, including grievance docs.
• Prepare HR reports and assist audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Support HR Manager on special projects and initiatives.
