iMPact Business Group has an onsite opportunity for a hands‑on Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations within a large manufacturing facility in Shreveport, LA. You will work closely with plant leadership to strengthen employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces (400+ employees preferred).
• Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and production teams.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to commute to Shreveport, LA 71118 (required).
