Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape culture, manage HR operations and support employee growth. You will collaborate with site and corporate leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, benefits, compensation, analytics and leadership development, promoting an inclusive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (UKG preferred) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU leadership to anticipate HR needs and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding practices and forecast turnover.
• Advise employees and managers to resolve HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Develop training programs and leadership development opportunities.
• Oversee benefits, compensation, and market analyses.
• Use HR data to measure impact and report to leadership.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive continuous improvement.
