Job summary

Comrise in Richardson, TX is seeking a Manufacturing HR Business Partner to support the launch and expansion of a US production site. You will partner with site leaders on employee relations, recruiting, and day-to-day people operations, building processes and communications across the site.

The role requires 4+ years of progressive HR experience, knowledge of US employment laws, and the ability to work on-site. A competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits are included.

About the Opportunity

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support the launch and expansion of a US production site. You’ll work closely with site leaders, with a strong focus on employee relations and hiring. As the workforce grows, you’ll also help establish practical HR processes and support day-to-day people operations.

What You’ll Do

• Advise managers on employee concerns, performance issues, corrective action, and workplace policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution. Escalate sensitive cases when appropriate.
• Lead full-cycle hiring for site positions, from workforce planning and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines through local schools, workforce organizations, and recruiting partners.
• Help develop and implement site policies, manager guidance, and employee communications.
• Support performance reviews, compensation processes, engagement initiatives, and training.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on benefits, payroll, leave, and other HR matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and report on hiring and workforce trends.
• Help ensure site practices comply with applicable employment laws.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist responsibilities.
• Direct experience handling employee relations issues and workplace investigations.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws and HR practices.
• Confidence working with production leaders in a changing, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on site in Richardson, TX.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Experience in manufacturing or another industrial setting is strongly preferred. HR certification, workers’ compensation or safety exposure, and experience helping a site grow or establish new processes are also valuable.
