Job summary

Ford is seeking a Manufacturing HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader embedded in our plants and depots. You will support hourly and salaried staff, influence leadership, and drive business objectives through comprehensive HR solutions on the production floor.

You will lead talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, and ethical workforce practices while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of HR and labor experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to plant leadership, translating strategy into HR initiatives.
• Design and execute talent management strategies including succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning using HR analytics platforms to inform decisions.
• Champion high-performance, inclusive culture and employee engagement.
• Manage labor relations, grievances, and compliance across unionized environments.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and leave programs.
