Job summary

International Paper, a global leader in sustainable packaging, is hiring an HR Business Partner to support manufacturing plants and distribution facilities in Atlanta. You will partner with plant leadership to deliver comprehensive HR services, including engagement, performance management, recruitment, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and change-management skills, with flexibility for travel and location

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, human resources or related field required.
• Minimum 4–6 years multi-faceted HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with union and non-union locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to corrugated plants and warehouses; travel to facilities required.
• Collaborate with Regional HR Manager and facility leadership to deliver HR services.
• Manage employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, benefits, compliance, and training.
