Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field.
• 4–6 years of multi-faceted HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in both union and non-union environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants and/or warehouse facilities.
• Collaborate with Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to deliver HR services.
• Support a broad range of HR activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance training, leadership development.
• Hands on position with interaction and visibility across all levels of the organization.
