Job summary

VPET USA, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and drive our people strategy on the production floor. You will translate operational goals into practical people solutions in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.

You will partner with operations to forecast staffing, build pipelines for critical roles, and lead full-cycle recruitment while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Professional certification strongly preferred, including PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with production goals.
• Act as a coach for site leaders on organizational design and people decisions.
• Bring data-driven insights to leadership discussions.
• Forecast staffing needs with operations across shifts and cycles.
• Build talent pipelines for machine operators, technicians, and front-line supervisors.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Coach managers on performance and disciplinary matters.
• Foster a positive culture and resolve issues early.
• Guide managers through performance review cycles and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and OSHA.
• Own the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding at the site.
