Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the HR Manager and plant leadership across multiple facilities. You will lead employee relations, support recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce engagement for a large hourly workforce.

You will balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on responsibilities, advise management, and drive HR projects that align with operational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and management coaching.
• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities and organizations with large hourly workforces.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, payroll practices, and HR compliance.
• Experience administering employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR reporting tools.
• Ability to independently manage daily HR responsibilities while recognizing matters requiring management escalation.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement HR initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, and support organizational objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, organizational policies, and workforce planning.
• Investigate employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and provide guidance on sensitive personnel matters.
• Coach supervisors and managers on effective employee management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and consistent HR practices.
• Support HR projects, organizational improvements, and professional development initiatives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, offers, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate timecard approvals, review discrepancies, and support accurate payroll processing.
• Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and applicable state or company leave policies.
