Qualifications

• Leadership experience: minimum 1 year in a leadership role (2 years preferred).

• Strong willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: own safety, quality, delivery and cost for your area.
• The \"Help Chain\": first point of contact for picker/packer issues and support.
• Standardization: develop and audit standard work procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Team Development: coach line operators, train new members, and allocate manpower.
• Process Improvement: maintain 5S standards to optimize the work environment.
• Communication & Tech: use spreadsheets, scrap tracking, schedules to monitor performance and coordinate with support departments.
• Lifting & Carrying: frequently lift/move up to 35 pounds; occasionally heavier with assistance.
