Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation's Findlay Manufacturing organization is seeking an Analyst, Engineering to be onsite at our Findlay, OH plant. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and engagement, and coach peers in World Class Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities include ensuring production equipment availability, leading maintenance/tooling projects, coordinating cross-functionally, and developing capital spending plans. You will lead lean initiatives and support project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• Experience leading manufacturing/maintenance projects preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles and cost improvement experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of production equipment.
• Identify and implement productivity projects in maintenance/tooling.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet internal/external rules and regulations.
• Implement lean initiatives related to Standardized Work, Quality and 5S.
• Develop and implement capital spending plans and budgets.
