Responsibilities

• Ownership of safety, quality, delivery, and cost for the assigned area.
• Serve as the first point of contact for picker/packer issues and provide immediate support.
• Develop and audit standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coach and develop line operators through daily coaching and manpower distribution.
• Maintain 5S standards to optimize the work environment.
• Coordinate with support departments using spreadsheets, scrap tracking, and schedules.
