CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Warehouse to lead operations at the Whirlpool site in Westbrook, ME. You’ll supervise warehouse staff and contractors, manage scheduling, inventory, and safety, and ensure efficient, accurate delivery of service to Whirlpool.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience managing both employees and contractors.
• Strong skills in scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff and contractors.
• Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory functions with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure contractors meet performance and safety standards in line with Whirlpool expectations.
• Train staff and maintain OSHA records to uphold a safe work environment.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness.
• Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients as needed.
