Accelera is seeking a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production, optimize equipment use, maintain quality, and foster safety and growth for the team.

You will mentor operators, manage workflows, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical documents, manuals and tape measures precisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and multi-priority management under pressure.
• Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production workflows and optimize scheduling and resources to meet goals.
• Mentor staff on machinery operation, troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Uphold quality control protocols and ensure zero-defect output for customers.
• Lead, coach and appraise team members with feedback and conflict resolution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Analyze production metrics and costs to identify improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production workflows, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
• Act as a technical mentor by training staff on machinery operation, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Uphold strict quality control protocols, managing the disposition of goods and ensuring zero-defect output for our customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and consistent feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in full compliance with OSHA and internal safety regulations.
• Analyze production metrics and cost factors to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical documents, manuals, and tape measures with high precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the packaging or high-volume manufacturing industry.
