Job summary

Intigral-Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead safety, quality, productivity, costs, and on-time delivery while developing a multi-skilled team. The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and sustaining high standards across the operation.

You will drive daily production activities, monitor schedules, and ensure accurate records, supporting customer-focused processes and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Four or more years in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Practical understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing.
  • Experience with quality control initiatives and safety initiatives.
  • Ability to direct, supervise, and evaluate performance objectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Lead and develop a team of operators and technicians with cross-training.

Description

This position takes a lead role in meeting targets for safety, quality, productivity, costs, on time delivery and employee satisfaction/development. The Manufacturing Supervisor coaches, trains, supports, and develops a team of flexible, multi-skilled employees.

Major Job Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to):
  • Promote safety and ensure a safe work environment and safe employee work habits.
  • Supervisor and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to achieve daily production goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operators and technicians, including cross-training.
  • Monitor production schedules to adjust staffing levels and resources to maintain delivery goals.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports and identify areas for quality and efficiency gains.
  • Review the status of production schedules regularly to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.
  • Support and implement customer-focused processes.
  • Support and foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to challenge existing processes and implement solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the operation.
  • Understanding company policies and practices and taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Participate in audits to promote 5S, safety, quality, productivity, etc.
  • Communicate with and listen to employees daily regarding team performance, strategic initiatives, policy changes, safety, quality, etc.
  • Help employees succeed through performance management. Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development
Requirements
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred
  • Four (4) plus years experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience.
  • Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, quality control initiatives and safety initiatives needed.
  • Ability to direct and supervise others, objectively evaluate performance, and train and develop others.
  • Ability to work flexible work hours.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced, every changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
