Candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing, 1–2 years in supervision, strong KPI reporting, OSHA/LOTO knowledge, and familiarity with ERP (SAP). Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 1–2 years of direct team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong proficiency in operational metrics, KPI management, and production reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
  • Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily production activities to maximize output efficiency while maintaining strict quality control standards.
  • Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous EHS protocols and conducting proactive incident prevention training.
  • Utilize root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Manage production data accuracy within ERP systems to track KPIs, material utilization, and scrap rates.
  • Coordinate equipment changeovers and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize line performance.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.
