Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited institution.
• Formal training and experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Provide key financial support to the plant including annual budget, monthly forecast, weekly flash, month-end close, and monthly financial reporting.
• Assist with internal control testing and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing (material, labor, overhead).
• Support cross-functional budgeting and periodic reporting of key metrics.
• Assist auditors during facility audits and provide management with profitability reports.
