TCS Interactive, part of Tata Consultancy Services, seeks a hands-on Interactive Partner to lead Customer Success engagements for named manufacturing clients in Energy, Resources and Utilities. You will focus on CMOs, CDOs and Digital Interactive stakeholders to sell, consult, and deliver services, driving customer success and revenue growth.

• Experience in digital marketing, digital design, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of working with CMOs, CDOs and CEOs.
• Experience in leading transformation programs involving key systems (Website CMS, Commerce Platforms, Martech).
• Ability to manage agencies and deliver high-performing digital content.
• Experience in planning, developing, executing and evaluating integrated campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary client contact and advise CMOs, CDOs and Digital Interactive stakeholders on customer experience, digital marketing, e-commerce and self-service development.
• Lead marketing and advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and audience.
• Collaborate with service leads to coordinate narratives and outcomes for customers.
• Work with marketing, engineering and product teams to analyze data, identify trends and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead business development to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
