Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS Interactive) seeks a hands-on Consulting Partner to lead engagements in Manufacturing, focusing on energy resources and utilities for U.S. clients.

You will advise CMOs, CDOs and Digital Interactive stakeholders on customer experience, digital marketing, e-commerce and self-services solutions. You will guide a high-performance team, translate brand into experience, and drive revenue growth through service portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, brand transformation and customer experience strategy.
• Proven track record of engaging CMOs/CDOs/CEOs and leading agencies or consultancies.
• Experience delivering high-performing digital campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Strong ability to analyze marketing data and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and nurture client relationships as primary point of contact for named accounts.
• Advise executive stakeholders on customer experience, digital marketing, e-commerce and self-services.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate with service leads to shape outcomes and narratives for customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.
