Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS Interactive) in Seattle, WA is seeking a hands-on Interactive Partner to join the Customer Success team, leading engagements in Technology Software Services. The role emphasizes selling, consulting and delivering services to drive customer success, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion for named clients.

The ideal candidate has consulting/advisory experience from a digital agency or forward-thinking consultancy and can translate brand into experience.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy and CRM.
Ability to influence CMOs, CDOs and CEOs.
Experience coordinating agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Client relationship management: primary contact for clients; advise CMOs, CDOs and Digital Interactive stakeholders on strategy spanning customer experience, digital marketing, e-commerce, and self-service development.
Develop marketing and advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
Align with service leads to coordinate narrative and outcomes for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering and product teams to analyze data, identify trends and define strategic initiatives.
Own and champion programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee campaigns end-to-end.
