Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Interactive is seeking a hands-on Partner to join the Customer Success team, leading engagements in Travel Transportation & Hospitality from Atlanta. You will work with client partners to sell, consult and deliver services focused on customer experience, digital marketing and transformation.

An ideal candidate has consulting/advisory experience from a creative agency or forward-thinking consultancy, with fluency in modern marketing and transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or brand transformation consulting.
• Proven track record with CMOs, CDOS and CEOs.
• Ability to lead high-performance teams and manage client engagements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and maintain nurturing relationships with named clients.
• Advise CMOs, CDOs and Digital Interactive stakeholders on strategy including customer experience, digital marketing, e‑commerce and self-services.
• Develop marketing and advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and audience.
• Coordinate with service leads to own narrative and outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with client’s marketing, engineering and product teams to analyze data, identify trends and define initiatives.
• Lead business development to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Promote One TCS mindset across stakeholders and share best practices.
