Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Tampa Operations expansion projects, aligning with objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to stay within scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate interdependencies between projects for timely delivery and aligned outcomes.
• Prepare KPI reports and status updates for stakeholders to communicate progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative project environment.
