Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
8+ years in power plant project execution.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multi-project environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and Siemens Energy software tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of experts across mechanical, fluid, electrical, and control systems towards project management.
Serve as primary contact for technical scope on auxiliaries and coordinate with global teams.
Represent auxiliaries engineering in customer communications.
Manage contract technical scope and document schedules from kickoff to handover.
Identify risks and manage engineering changes to support execution.
Facilitate interface between Installation team during erection and commissioning.
