Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years leading complex industrial launches and managing salaried professionals.
• Experience with project portfolio management, budgets, schedules, and executive reporting.
• Ability to work on site in Raleigh and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of manufacturing capacity expansion and integration projects.
• Develop and scale a team of project management professionals.
• Coordinate R&D, product development, operations, and suppliers.
• Prepare concise executive updates and steering committee presentations.
