Job summary

Nestlé Allentown is seeking a Factory Engineering Manager to lead and develop a diverse engineering team responsible for mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental, and safety systems. The role drives the strategic vision, budget, and execution of capital projects while coordinating with maintenance and production to resolve operations and improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration, approve annual budgets for equipment maintenance and facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience including project management and people leadership in manufacturing/industrial/military environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and safety systems.
• Oversee capital projects, budget planning and execution to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production to resolve plant operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Champion TPM and drive improvements in factory energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
• Oversee external contractors to ensure safety, quality and value of deliverables.
