Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Factory Specialist ME to strengthen TPM routines, build leadership capability, and accelerate key improvement initiatives across the Production Department. The role focuses on governance, shop-floor engagement, and driving loss elimination with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, familiarity with TPM/Lean, and strong analytical skills. State-of-the-art digital tools, SAP, and Power BI experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and factory leadership support.
• Experience implementing TPM/Lean and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of change management, process improvement, and cost/efficiency drivers.
• Experience with line labor standards, budgets, and capacity/speed studies.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, alignment and rollout of LLT performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate on factory master plans, loss analysis, and external benchmarks.
• Drive governance routines to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Spend time on shop floor to assess maturity and identify opportunities.
• Coach LLT and shop floor owners on systems health and competencies.
