Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of time studies, labor standards, and capacity planning.
- Experience with manufacturing analytics and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies, work sampling, labor analysis, and line balancing to improve throughput.
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions, routings, and process documentation.
- Analyze plant performance metrics including cycle times, capacity utilization, OEE, labor productivity, and scrap rates.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives utilizing 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and waste elimination methodologies.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Support workforce planning through labor standards and capacity modeling.
