Job summary

OPW, part of the Dover family, seeks a Plant Manager for its Ball Ground, GA facility. You will lead manufacturing, sourcing, planning, and logistics for CES projects, driving safety, quality, and cost improvements while building a high-performance team.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will foster continuous improvement using Lean tools and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth ETO execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, applied engineering, business, or related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing/ETO/MTO environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Ball Ground manufacturing operations including production, sourcing, materials, warehousing, planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop a high-performing workforce and uphold Dover values.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to enable end-to-end ETO processes.
