Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an engineer to lead the development and implementation of innovative technical strategies in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model initiatives. The role focuses on achieving safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale goals across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include cross-functional communication, data-driven problem solving, and mentoring to build team capabilities, with oversight of budgets, schedules, and resources.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in engineering or related field.
• 0-6 years of experience, manufacturing co-op background preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, strong communication, leadership, self-motivation, and teamwork.
