Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Alabama seeks a proactive engineer to lead, develop, and execute innovative technical activities in mass production, planning, and new models to meet safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale objectives. You will analyze reports, identify gaps, and develop solutions using data and PDCA.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage projects, schedules, and budgets, and test new technologies to improve efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
