Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking an engineer to lead and advance technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets.

You will communicate across levels, analyze reports, and implement PDCA-driven corrective actions while monitoring equipment and mentoring teammates. Manage projects, test new tech, and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience; 0-6 years preferred. Proficient in industry-standard software, with strong technical, troubleshooting, and project management skills. Demonstrates leadership, excellent communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of multi-tasking and working both independently and in teams.

Working Conditions

Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment requiring PPE, with exposure to lubricants and materials. Mix of office and production line activities, with possible overtime, weekend support, and travel.
