The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, effective cross-functional communication, and strong project management to meet costs, delivery, and morale targets. A 50/50 mix of office and shop floor work is expected with some travel and overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's in Engineering or related field is required.
• 0-6 years' experience in an engineering/related role.
• Computer literacy is expected.
• Strong communication, leadership and technical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and analyze complex problems.
• Project management capabilities are desirable.
