RG&T Solutions is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to drive mass production initiatives, business planning, and new model development while meeting safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will communicate across all levels, analyze daily reports, and implement PDCA-based problem-solving, supervising budgets and resources. The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-6 years' experience preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
