Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an innovative engineering professional to lead technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development. You will create and implement solutions to meet safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets, with strong emphasis on data-driven PDCA methodologies.

Qualifications

Job description

Seeking an innovative engineering professional to lead technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development. Responsibilities include

Effective communication across all organizational levels is essential for alignment. You will analyze reports to identify gaps, develop countermeasures, and utilize data and PDCA methodologies to resolve complex problems. Monitoring and optimizing equipment and processes, fostering team development through training, and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources are key tasks. Evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and developing cost-effective budgets are also required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 0-6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software, strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues are necessary. Prior manufacturing or co-op experience is preferred. The role demands self-motivation, team orientation, and technical problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

Involves hands-on troubleshooting in a production environment with PPE, near lubricants, and materials. Half office, half manufacturing activity, with possible overtime, weekend, or off-shift support. Travel may be required.
