SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Carson City, NV, to lead a team of engineers and drive scalable, quality manufacturing processes for existing and new products.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DFM methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and cut costs while collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and DFM.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust manufacturing processes.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, DFM initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams.
• Manage manufacturing engineering projects, scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials.
