Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred; continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong reading/writing in English and ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to reduce defects and boost on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality) to improve equipment and processes.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
