Master's degree preferred. \\* 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. \\* Proven track record of successfully leading and developing manufacturing engineering teams. \\* Strong knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including assembly, test, and automation. \\* Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
