Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a strategic Engineering Leader to head site operations engineering at our Salem, VA facility. You will drive manufacturing excellence, safety, and quality while guiding a team of engineers and supervisors through continuous improvement initiatives.

You will align engineering activities with site goals, manage KPIs, and collaborate with R&D and product development to support new launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related technical field.
• Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
• Project management certification preferred and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs in safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and engineering supervisors to support site operations.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and EH&S protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and manage product transfers.
• Partner with R&D and Product Development to support launches and technology deployment.
