Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation, a leading medical device CDMO in Rhode Island, seeks an experienced engineer to apply broad engineering principles across diverse projects. You will advance manufacturing capabilities while meeting internal and external expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop innovative processes, and embed quality and safety into daily work, contributing to the company’s continuous improvement journey and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s in engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering roles; strong problem-solving ability.
• Training/certifications in quality and project methodologies (6-Sigma, PMP preferred).
• Ability to lead teams and coach junior engineers; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on engineering projects with moderate scope.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, safety and quality KPI targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
