Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a technical or business field preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.
• Ability to motivate others with teamwork and cooperation.
• Strong written and oral communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Monitor issues, escalate to supervisor, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate cross-training and problem solving.
• Perform non-cyclic tasks to assist operators and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality regulations and policies.
