Job summary

Teledyne LeCroy PSG in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead floor operations and drive process improvements. You will oversee manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production methods while leading NPI from development to production release.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Design, Quality, and Supply Chain, and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in production.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, NPI, quality systems, and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for day-to-day manufacturing and floor operations.
• Oversee development and optimization of processes, equipment, tooling and methods.
• Lead NPI activities from development to production release with cross-functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive cost reductions, and improve throughput and quality.
• Mentor and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians; manage staffing.
• Partner with Quality, EHS, Supply Chain to meet specs, safety and timelines.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project schedules for manufacturing initiatives.
• Support RMA, product returns, and continuous improvement activities.
