Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking an experienced production/industrial engineer to lead NPI, set up production infrastructure, and ensure smooth manufacturing for major technology clients at our Las Vegas area facility.

You will manage BOM validation, ECO/ECN documentation, and shop-floor routing, mentor staff, and partner with engineering and operations to deliver lean improvements, KPI driven outcomes, and on-time product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial or Mechanical).
• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel to other client sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up production infrastructure and production process flow.
• Manage NPI introduction and production documentation management, including BOM validation and shop floor routing.
• Coordinate ECN/CNC documentation and change control processes.
• Maintain Work Instructions, Pack Out Instructions, and related manufacturing notices.
• Provide project detail status reports to internal core teams and customers.
• Calculate task time and workforce requirements.
• Provide production training on NPI, KPI tracking, and ECN processes.
