Job summary

ISC - Interconnect Solutions Company in Fountain Valley, CA, is seeking an NPI Engineering Supervisor to lead engineers and technicians through new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will balance hands-on engineering with people leadership, driving manufacturability, yield, and cycle-time improvements while coordinating with Engineering, Account Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to transition products into production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/NPI Engineering or related field.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of NPI Engineers and Technicians, with coaching and accountability.
Set priorities and manage workloads across the NPI team and resources.
Oversee NPI execution from order to production readiness with timely deliverables.
Coordinate product transfers between NPI, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations for smooth launches.
Drive DFM/DFA to improve manufacturability, yield, cycle time and cost.
