Job summary

BW Converting in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Leader to guide a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and CNC Programmers across multiple facilities. You will assess existing processes, drive cost-effective improvements, and ensure quality and regulatory conformance in machinery development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or a related degree preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and CNC Programmers across multiple Green Bay facilities.
• Provide direction for manufacturing process development and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement via standard work, layout optimization and 7S practices.
• Develop plant layouts focused on part flow and cost efficiency.
• Initiate capital equipment investments and lead project implementations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management to resolve issues via root cause analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend equipment investments.
