Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or related field preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and CNC Programmers across multiple Green Bay facilities.
• Guide manufacturing process development and prioritize production initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement via standard work, 7S, and cross‑functional problem solving.
• Develop plant layouts optimizing part flow, workflow and cost efficiency.
• Initiate capital equipment investments and lead project implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Quality and Management on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor industry trends and assess equipment investments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members with clear performance goals.
